Dynamic Positioning ?

DP Basic (Induction )

  • Phase A: DP Induction Course + online examination.
  • Phase B: A minimum of 60 DP sea time days on board on unclassed or Class 0 vessel and completion of all task section.

DP Advanced (Simulator)

  • Phase C: DP Simulator + online examination
  • Phase D: 60 DP sea time days on board unclassed or Classed 0 vessel OR optional Sea Time Reduction (STR) Course followed by 30 DP sea time days on unclassed or Class 0 vessels.

DPO Limited/Unlimited

  • Phase E: Assesment and Statement of sutability form Signed off by the Master of the last DP vessel logged before apply for DP Certificate
